Aviva Canada was looking for a design partner to help enhance the user experience of their internal App used by underwriters. CLUE Product will be used to help underwriters assess new insurance files and identify which opportunities are more aligned with their business.
We worked closely with the Aviva Analytics team to understand the activities that will be done by the underwriting team and the value it will provide to them. As there were several ways to access the information – either through maps using addresses or searching by segment or industry code. The platform experience needed to be simple and user-friendly in order to access information quickly and make decisions.
