As Canada’s largest lab provider, LifeLabs conducts over 112 million laboratory tests annually, aiding in the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of diseases for millions of Canadians.
Recognizing the need for innovation, LifeLabs embarked on a journey to overhaul their primary healthcare portal, a platform accessed by 3 million individuals across Canada to monitor their health.
To achieve this, LifeLabs engaged in Healthcare UI UX Design and Software Development, ensuring the creation of a brand new, user-centric experience for their myresults™ portal. Amidst market pressures from competitors and healthcare startups, it was imperative for LifeLabs to deliver an extraordinary experience to its customers, setting a new standard in healthcare accessibility and usability.
Our Approach
Collaborative Platform Development
